Bob has over 35 years experience representing lenders in loan workouts, receiverships and bankruptcies and business clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, real estate, general corporate law and corporate litigation.
Bob has been a frequent speaker at seminars offered by the Rhode Island Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education Committee on such topics as creditors' rights, asset protection, property tax appeals, and closely held corporate disputes.
Bob has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2011 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor Rights Law, and has also been selected for inclusion in the 2012 and 2013 editions of Rhode Island Super Lawyers in the practice area of Business Litigation.
